Two Anchor, LLC is an SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business founded by former U.S. Navy F/A-18F Naval Flight Officer Samuel Smith. Its leadership brings 13+ years of combined military aviation, operational test and evaluation, mission systems, and defense-industry experience, including VX-9 operational test, F-35 OT&E and Joint Simulation Environment work at AFOTEC Detachment 6, and F-16 simulator instruction.
